Trust at TruzBiz
Trust is built through transparency, evidence and accountability.
TruzBiz establishes trusted business identity through defined sources, evidence, verification procedures, review, status management and periodic reverification. This Trust Centre explains who operates TruzBiz, what verification covers, what it does not cover, how your information is handled, and where to go if something is wrong.

Our position
TruzBiz is not a business-quality rating, a reputation score, a financial assessment, or a government endorsement. Verification confirms that specified identity evidence has been reviewed — nothing more, and nothing less.
Verification is a point-in-time determination based on defined evidence. Business information changes, so verification is time-limited, subject to reverification, and lapses when it is not renewed. It does not guarantee future conduct.
How to read this Trust Centre. Every page states what is current practice. Where a process is still being formalised — for example exact data-retention periods — we say so plainly rather than inventing detail. See also the TruzBiz Standard, which sets out the philosophy behind verification, and our Privacy Policy.
