Report an issue
If a business record is wrong, a verification status looks incorrect, or you have a security or privacy concern, tell us. Every report is reviewed. To help us act, choose the track below that fits your concern.
Three tracks, one destination
Business-information corrections cover wrong, outdated or disputed business details and verification statuses, including impersonation and fraudulent claims. Corrections may require supporting evidence; identity-critical changes are subject to controlled review and may trigger reverification.
Security reports cover suspected vulnerabilities in the TruzBiz application and misuse of TruzBiz badges or verification numbers. Include what you found, how to reproduce it, and its apparent impact — and please do not access, alter or extract data beyond what is needed to demonstrate the issue, disrupt the service, or access other people's private information.
Privacy and data-rights requests cover access, correction, deletion and other rights over your personal data, as described in Data & privacy and the Privacy Policy.

How to report
Send your report via our contact page. When reporting from a business profile or verification page, use the “Report an issue” link there — it carries the business reference with your report.
Please include:
- which category above best fits your concern;
- the business name and, where relevant, its verification number or directory link;
- what is wrong and what you believe the correct position is;
- any supporting evidence (for corrections) or reproduction steps (for security reports);
- how we can reach you about the outcome.
For privacy and data-rights requests, you can also write directly to the address given in Section 13 of the Privacy Policy. For badge misuse seen on an external site, include the page address where the badge appears.
What we do not promise here. We review every report, and impersonation and fraud reports are prioritised — but this page does not promise fixed response times, because none are currently resourced. If that changes, the commitment will be stated here with its evidence. If your report concerns an appeal against a decision on your own business, include any new evidence with your report so it can be considered in a further review.
